Petersen doesn't know much about fighting, things like range and distance and how to make guys pay. Mathesye was throwing that right hand from too far away and coming up short over and over again. You have to make him pay for that, but Petersen never did. Because he got too far out of range- maybe he was scared of the power, but he'd draw back too far to counter.
You have to draw him into throwing that right hand, which he wants to do, and he'll throw from any where. Then slide barely out of range and counter over his miss with a hook or your own right hand. And you can counter this guy and really make him feel it because he throws punches with feeling, really swings them.
