Default Peter Quillin- he needs a good fight now!

Peter Quillin needs a good fight, right now. He needs to beat someone up, as soon as possible. Someone ranked in the top ten, or a good name that was in the top ten.

Not just box and win a boring decision, but he needs an opponent he can blast out and look really good with.

This is the jr. middle to super middle prime time. So many fights. Quillin must not be left behind as names like Golovkin, Ward, Froch, Chavez and even Sturm and Andrade get's all of the attention.

Quillin needs a good fight. Now!

Quillin seems like a good kid with talent, but I question his pedigree due to his limited amateur background. Nate Campbell was able to overcome a lack of amateur experience, to a degree, but not many others have been able to. The lack of amateur experience seems to really come out and be a hindrance during tough fights vs true professionals. Pendleton, Glenn Johnson, Ken Norton and Sergio Martinez are a few others who overcame this deficiency.

It's just not a strong division, and there's the whole promotional rift on top of that. He and DAnny Jacobs seems like an obvious matchup with them now both holding the same trinket though(). That shoould be a good fight, both guys are less than airtight but serious punchers, very athletic, both from BRooklyn to boot.

I think there is a very realistic opportunity for Quillin and Danny Jacobs to have a hometown title 'unification' showdown. It would be a good fight and easy to make, But after Jacobs last fight I like Quillin in that even more. Jacob still has quite a few gaps and got sloppy and wide loading up.

i think that jacobs is a good fight for qullin to take. he will look impressive and should KO jacobs. it is time for him to step up and fight the top MWs though.

Kid Chocolate has a mandatory defense against Matvey Korobov although nothing is set up now. Not a bad fight for either guy, if we're honest. Korobov was a top amateur who hasn't found his footing as a professional. Quillin is a good professional who hasn't had a break out fight, not that Korobov would be, but it's a good test for both guys.

The Jacobs fight seems good. A Soliman or Sturm fight in Germany would be better.

I got a feeling Quillin and his promoter are content not unifying the title because they know he can earn money defending his title.
