Double end bag training guide.

I wonder if some of the experts here could give me a really good routine for the double end bag.
Any vids or books are very welcome.

just had a quick look on youtube...there is tons of stuff there. this is a good basic start. timing, slipping, guard. check around youtube and there is likely lots more, even better with combining footwork etc.

to note...the first vid the bag is wayyyy too low imo. I like the dudes movement etc...but the bad set up is wrong for him.

Oh i've already been watching the youtube vids but i tought it would be better to get something more complete.A full routine you know.
