i would start by not having unsupervised matches with your friends, as they serve zero purpose and someone can get seriously hurt. go to a gym, get in shape and learn how to jab.

What you should do is go to a doctor's.
I don't know myself though I think it could probably have something to do with an ear infection (that makes you lose balance and go dizzy).
Spaceballone has a good point don't have any unsupervised fights until you get stronger and have checked yourself out.

Once you have had yourself checked avoid sparring like the plague, learn your fundamental inside out and then try sparring again. Forget unsupervised matches, someone can WILL get hurt.
