    Default A Food Question

I just learned about a new restaurant, back in California, near where I grew up. It is called Dragon Loco and the food is said to be very good. It is described as a "Chi-Mex fusion". I'm not so sure about that though I am not very familiar with Chinese food. Any thoughts?

Fusion cuisines can be extremely good and they kind of started out with colonization. The French and Dutch were big on bringing their food and culture to different reaches of their empires.

Sino-Mexi food could be awesome. I would check it out! I'm certain wonton's and tortilla's are interchangeable. Fajitas and stir fry could also be interchangeable. I think it has potential. Let me know how it goes!

Fusion cuisine has been around in many forms for along time . many have been messed about with , it really is all down to the chef and restaurant on how good it is.
However I am with Lyle , read the menu online and if it looks good give it a try.
Look forward to your views when you have been.

Sounds great, and most good cuisine could be called "fusion" really. Many, if not the majority of spices commonly used anywhere were only native to a very small part of the world after all.

No. It is 1000 miles away from me. My cousin told me about it.
