Im a huge Toney but if this fight happens it should be a final fight...unless he can show something otherwordly it should be just a finale...

agreed its shame when great fighters get past there prime and start losing to boxers they wouldnt of lost to in there prime but on other hand i think this could be quite exciting fight maybe bit like brewster and liakhovich ??

No. Toney can box, Brewster can't.. Plus going by Liakovich and Toney's last fights this will hardly be a slugfest.. Toney should outbox him by a good margin if this happens though.

Honestly at this point, I don't think Toney has it in him to train properly. Which gives Lyakhovich, a very good chance IMO.

Before Toney fights Liakhovich he has to get past Vassiliy Jirov in september,it will be a tougher fight for Toney this time around.

This could be an interesting match up . Both fighters were sub par in their previous matches and they both know it. Maybe they come out, looking to make a statement ?

A fighter either raises his game ( training , Cardio,) and comes in correct to salvage his career.. Or he just settles into the sludge mill and continues on a downward spiral from there .

I don't know about James any more. He's my favourite fighter currently fighting but whether he has enough left in the tank I don't know.

He's been diagnosed with some hormone problem I recall. I saw Freddie Roach in an interview saying he thinks Toney should hang em up as well so it may be the end of the Roach Toney partnership as well?
