    In a word. Extremley. Punching is all about explosive movements and boxing is about 70% Anaerobic.

    Yes and no Skipping Bag and light stuff yes But some off the heavy stuff can cause problems Remember boxings about preparing,for a contest, Iv;e seen so many Injurys happen because of it I;m on the fence on this.The fitter you become the more velocity you attain so the more Impact you get At the same time their are other ways
    Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
