Here is my thoughts.

See the hand and foot placements.

Could that posture survice in the ring?

I tried body punching with that posture and found it worked.

The idea is to keep the whole body moving: the back sways back and forth,

the hands move in a part-circle like motion, the feet keep moving.

I found doing this makes the body naturally react to the incoming punches.

What are your thoughts?
