If you know you've got an extra base hit, you have to make a wider turn at 1st base.
Also, you step on the inside edge of the base, not on the middle part.
Takes a few split seconds off your time.

Thanks man. Lately I have gained more weight and I am angry about it. I love food and its a problem. That graduation was nearly 3 years ago in Kuala Lumpur. I wonder where those uni students are now....
