If you could go back in time and advise yourself to do something differently what age would you go back to and what would you say?

I would go back to when I was 16 and advised myself to treat my first true girlfriend with more respect. I did not act like a gentleman not because I was mean but because I did not understand what being in a relationship was about.

I would also say to myself take better care of my knees when I played football.

Good thread idea! I'm only 18 so I don't have any real big regrets I can think of I'm sure there's plenty to come... I'd have to say work harder for my A-levels two D's and a U was pretty poo!

Yeah some good points, Im not sure cutting the journey short by going back and telling yourself which way the wind actually blows is a good idea. It may equal zero inner growth.

Plus I would have moved on a teacher in grade 2.

You are right Andre but I screwed my knee up at 21 and I could have played at a good level so I would have told myself not to play that particular match.

There is one girl I should have told my feelings about, she was beautiful but I am happy now so probably glad I did not.
