    Default Need advice on training

Ok, here's the thing I'm new to boxing and I wish to take it up as a sport BUT I dont want to join a gym because there are no boxing gyms in my area. What im looking for is step by step training guides on exercises that should be done (internet site perhaps?).

The main thing I want to gain from the sport is to increase my punching strength. How is that achieved? I have a punching bag at home ..

I know its a hassle and im asking too much but I would really appreciate it if you would take the time and help me out ..

    Thanks,

    Jassim

You'll get many ideas from many different people.
From me I recon the most important ..warm up first, then stretch all yourself out completly and correctly for a slow long while, before and after everything strenuous that you end up doing. This helps you in so many areas aside from protecting your body it improves flow and makes you faster in all areas of movment.

    I can explain it.
But I cant understand it for you.

I dont know many internet sites but if you are just wanting to learn the basics you could always buy one of those DVD's on any site that has boxing equipment. It should teach you the basics but if you dont have a gym to go to then I dont know what to tell you. That just isnt any good at all. Best to you though.
