Are you seriously suggesting that a government organization could be... corrupt??

Yes. Floyd would not lose a close decision in Vegas
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Leaning on and holding are also fouls and unless they are doing this, Floyd cant put his elbow under their chin so it is always the opponent who is initiating the foul.
    Whatever you say chief
Although using elbows is a foul, check out rule 15 on common fouls, then 13 and 16. Holding is a foul.

Show me an instance where Floyd is using the elbow where his opponent isnt trying to hold.

That's a good move; Chavez used to use it a lot too. How else should you shove somebody off to make room for a left hook?

Why do you think Floyd wont fight outside of Vegas. He's got the commission & their officials in his pocket. He gets away with murder there. He's allows to make his own rules for fights. Because Maidana punches hard he must wear pillows on his fists. Floyd is allowed to to use injections in his hands which are banned in other states and countries.
Now he is insisting that Kenny Bayless protects him from Maidana "roughing him up & bullying him" What a wiener he is
I hope Kenny Bayless has the balls to call the fight straight down the middle Not do a Joe Cortez officiating abomination When is Floyd ever going to give an opponent a level playing field to fight on

From the link that @ross supplied, although elbow use is listed as a foul, so are rough house tactics.

    2. Use of elbows, shoulders or forearms.
    ..
    28. Any rough tactics other than clean punches.

Dont forget, Excessive holding the opponent or maintaining a clinch

and, Holding the opponent’s head or body with one hand while hitting with the other.

Also, add, "butting with the head" and you see why Wards fights are a joke.....
