    Yeah he is ripped/built.

    Don't really recall if he was topless in any period piece except 14 Blades (costarred Vicky Zhao Wei - may be best know as the goalie in Stephen Chow's Shaolin Soccer)

    In it, he was taking a bath or something, and he was ripped, had tats of dragons all over his body (for his character)

    Like the Yin-Yang, there's hard-soft, fast-slow, physical-mental

    boxing/kickboxing with yoga/qigong/taiji/meditation (still and/or moving)

    Fuck RIP Shaw, true legend in the movie business. Responsible for so many great martial art movies. Five Deadly Venoms is one of my all time fav kung fu movies.
