    Default My routine

This is what I'm currently doing, I am on a very specific diet, which has been working for me, so I want to stick with that.

So let me ask you guys, how does this routine look?

    Sunday AM - long walk

Monday AM - jump rope routine / PM - boxing training

Tuesday AM - Upper body Plyometrics / PM - weights (shoulders, abs, hams)

Wednesday AM - jump rope routine / PM - weights (chest, back, quads)

Thursday AM - Lower body Plyometrics / PM - boxing training

Friday AM - jump rope routine / PM - weights (biceps, triceps, forearms, calves)

Saturday AM - sprints (interval training)

I am not looking to emphasize the boxing technique yet, I am still looking to lose weight and build endurance.

I have to be at work at 5:30 AM monday - friday, so I don't have much time in the morning to get a good cardio workout.

Looks excellent to me for what your aims are.
This diet plan of yours, does it consist of you eating a lot, or not a lot? As with that much exercise good nutrition is a must otherwise youll just burn out.

as far as food goes, I eat first after my morning workout (except on saturdays)

I eat about 6 times a day. Lots of leafy greens and other veggies (I have a profound love for brocolli). I also eat plenty of fake meat (I am a vegetarian) I only eat breads made with whole grain flour. I try and snack by eating lighty salted almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, berries and low-fat string cheese. I also try and eat a few eggs everyday, although I'm not always consistant with it.

no carbs after 5, no food after 8.

each of my meals is about 250-300 calories, so I think I am still in a safe caloric deficit to safely lose weight.

    I supplement with CLA (4 a day)
    And a good multi-vitamin (2 a day)

Cool, glad to hear your approval, I've actually been listening to your diet advice, so CC.
And I've been listening to what AdamGB and bodyheadbanger have been saying about
exercise and I've been happy with the results so far!! I just want to make sure I'm not missing
    something or overtraining or anything.

    so again CC thanks bro!!
