    Default Rematch Joe Joyce?

Who should rematch Joe Joyce and avenge their loss, Joseph Parker or Daniel Dubois?

They have a chance to get some redemption for their stoppage loss on a fighter that is near the end of his career.

I think Parker should be first in the que. If he wants it that is.

    Either.

I'd like to think the top fighters should always go after a rematch with someone who kayoed them.

I don't buy into this narrative that Joyce is a sitting duck for Parker let alone Dubois. Parker has put together two really impressive wins back to back and all power to him. But I don't see this radical transformation that others are seeing.

Lets not forget, Joyce proper filled him in when they fought. It was so bruising that all the dickheads who couldn't find anything more interesting to say other than Joyce is slow, started chirping about him being the big threat to Fury.

Parker might be a bit more savvy these days. Which opens up the possibility of beating Joyce over the distance. That I can entertain. But this idea that he's going to wipe the floor with him and it's a forgone conclusion is just nuts. If he goes looking to butt heads with Joyce, he'll get beaten up again.

Again, all credit to him for coming though. But Dubois very nearly came unraveled against a tub of goo in Big Pharma Miller.

I’m all for people avenging defeats, but it’s gotta make sense.
At this moment in time, Parker’s stock is too high to be fighting Joyce.
Parker has just had 2 bigger victories than anyone in the division bar the top 3.
Whereas Joyce has had 2 big defeats, and beaten a 40 year old Journeyman.
Former Undisputed 4 belt Prediction champion. Still P4P and People’s Champion.

Funny thing about career momentum when you snatch it back at the very top, you maximize it, and you don't go sideways. Unfortunately for Joyce he is the one on the major rebuild and he and Parker have passed in opposite directions. Heavyweight division is finding it's long delayed rhythm again but will always be as predictable as shifts in the wind. Things change quick. Parker has arguably put himself in a spot where it may very well be an AJ rematch depending on how Usyk-Fury and the ibf plays out. Then again, we may very well get Parker v Dubois for all we know. But if there is a rematch for Joyce surely it will be Dubois.

With talk of Zhang possibly fighting Wilder, it opens the door for a Parker vs. Joyce rematch
Joyce looked even slower than usual, if that's possible
He'll need to get his weight back down
I talked with someone directly within the Parker camp
Was told his new cook & fitness coach has him feeling that he doesn't run out of gas in the middle of fights
Joyce looks like he'll always struggle against a southpaw
A rematch with Parker is still intriguing to me
I'd like to see Parker try to avenge his defeat to Joyce
