    Default Roadwork

    I do my roadwork 6 days a week.
    But It's very cold now and my throat hurts and just had a cold.

    Can I shadowbox with high intence insted untill I gett better and it gets wormer.

    Shadow boxing isn't about physical training, its more about technique. if you've had a cold lay off till you've recovered. Your body needs time to adapt.

    What do you do in htose 6 days? atleast 1 or those should be a light one so your not allowing your body to recover.

    I do my work every morning 6 days a week. Later on the eavning I go to the gym and train regular boxing...I train hard one day then I train more tchnique next day then I swich agin.
    This useally works well for me but I got sick and my throat started tu hurt the other week so I took a rest for 4 days, but now I'm affraid to do my roadwork for a while because I may get sick again...its so cold

    Dress really warmly. You can try to increase your skipping and sparring.
