GGG is a scary dude but Kovalev is much bigger and just knocked a guy out with a jab to the body.

What would you expect Sanchez to say?

Its always been a good way to keep your fighters name out there. Especially considering his (sanchez's) fighter is taking a little hiatus for personal reasons (father's death). Find a guy who just had a victory and strong rep and say your fighter schooled him in sparring.

It was like the whole "spadafora schooling mayweather in sparring" session...Would Spadafora would be pound4 pound #1 if it wasnt for that whole pesky gf shooting incident... or would he be another manfredy or Sharmba mitchell on mayweathers list of victims?

Also having either kovalev or GGG go balls to the wall and break something on the other guy before a money making fight seems hardly the route either camp would take. Would you want a guy like kovalev wailing away full force on your fighter when hes prepping for a fight that will feed his family and yours. One busted hand, broken rib or shoulder tear and the fight could be off.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
