Memorial Day Weekend...

They always hold the Montana State High School track-meet across the street from my house. And it always snows. It snowed yesterday and it is snowing now and we are supposed to get 3-6 inches of snow tonight. Those poor kids are out there trying to run, jump, etc... and it is freezing cold and precipitating at a great rate.
It did not snow in 2007, which was rare because here in Butte we generally get snow into the 2nd week of June.

Man, that sounds frosty. Doesn't sound like it puts a damper on their spirit though eh. Expected 90 degree plus here, balmy and boiling. Might get some rain over next few days with this system off of Fla though. Whatever the case I expect the grills to be on overdrive tomorrow and the suds to flow, all the while with respects to great men and women.
