I need a routine for losing fat, gaining muscle and getting good at boxing
Im 16, average height, 73kgs and pretty fat
I have a weight set, heavy bag, speedball, skipping rope, pullup rafter, floor to ceiling and I go to a boxing club Tues and Fri....can I please get somone to design a workout and diet....remember i need to drop weight and gain muscle. I want to ametuer box soon. Any help is much apreciated...peace out.
