Default Froch - Fight with Chavez Jnr "pretty much nailed on"

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/boxing/article-2544781/Froch-Forget-Groves-rematch-fight-Chavez-Jr-pretty-nailed-done.html

Says he's happy to fight Groves after Chavez

Id love it if Groves gets a good verdict from the IBF hearing last week and Froch is forced to fight or drop the belt.

Whatever happens it looks like we'll get the rematch later this year

Carl changing his mind yet again, I was laughing about his comment on Groves being the mouthy
up and coming fighter, just like he himself was with Calzaghe.
What goes around comes around Carl, a true saying remember age is not on your side you rely on
durability, and young George hit you a hell of a lot.
I would say that fight put a fair few miles on the clock, body looks good but the engine is starting
    to wear,!
But he's not clapped out just yet, nice pay day awaits in facing Jr so a Groves rematch follows,
Froch has gone from being covered in glory, to having egg on his face.

To be fair if I was Froch id have done the same.
He said years ago that he wanted to fight in Vegas one day.
As long as we get the Groves rematch later in the year im happy.

Wonder what Groves next moves gonna be ?

What does Chavez Jr do to enhance Froch's legacy? All that rubbish about Groves not deserving a chance to fight him and not showing enough respect first time around, Chavez Jr respects neither his opponents or boxing itself with his laizze faire attitude. Somehow I don't think Carl's visiting entourage of fans will be quite Hatton like. Rubbish fight, lame move.

I'm not a fan of this fight because I don't like Chavez jnr he doesn't deserve a shot, he's still got to beat Vera hasn't he? Could he even make 168 I don't want this fight to happen. I'd prefer a Groves rematch over Chavez jnr.

as far as froch is concerned too its a good decision

if he gets straight back in with groves hes gonna be booed to fuck in the build up and on fight night

if he goes in with chavez next, a fighter who is probably hated more over the world as a drug cheat and a fatty, and does a nice job on him, hell get a good portion of his fans back

Not sure why people are criticising Froch, it's a bold move to fight a Heavyweight when you're a Super-Middle.

Froch has a good fanbase who will always be with him but the public wont forget feeling short changed in the first Groves fight.

Watch what happens when they meet again, Groves will come into the ring a total hero with loads of Cheers and positive vibes and Froch will be booed into the ring largely

Total opposite of the first fight.

No other fight in boxing will come anywhere near this rematch for excitement and Entertainment.

People worldwide know they're in for a classic fight and this will easily fill Wembley Stadium and sell out fast.

Not just a domestic showdown anymore...for me this is a Superfight.

I think Groves will stop him too.

i think its good for froch as long as he gives groves a rematch after the chavez fight. groves then will have an opportunity to fight and beat somebody else first and i think that their second fight will be more intriguing. i just hope that it ends up happening.

The fight can't happen later in the year if it's a "stadium" fight. They can only take place in the summer. If they seriously believe they'll sell 80,000 tickets they're not gonna put it in a 20,000 seater. You'd have to wait until next year and a whole load of stuff can happen between then to scupper the fight for good.

He's not even mentioned the fact that Chavez jr is fighting Vera in March so how can it be "nailed on." If that's the case expect Chavez jr to pull out of the Vera fight in the next few weeks.

Carl will get back some of his "hero" status when they announce he's gave up his dream Vegas fight to rematch Groves for the fans.

Why not Summer? No footy due to world cup in Brazil and Wembleys got a roof now.

Own up You've got 1 direction tickets for the summer Wembley gig and dont wanna see the dates changed?

When did Wembley get a roof? Fuck me I missed that

However, if the fight doesn't happen next there's a big chance it never happens. It can't get hotter than it is now. And there's no guarantee either will win their next fight. A loss it's fucked. No "world" title it's fucked.

Who the fuck are 1 direction?
