Can I have a coffee in a dirty cup please So gentlemen its a new day, been feeling good... Nutrition has been good for about 2 mos and just started back the gym on Monday... This 4:45am stuff is for the birds, but nonetheless myswell develop a love while the suns out that early because in a few months it will be dark as night cold as a witches titty and my ass wont wanna crawl out of bed.... I feel good because I been plagued severely with sciatic nerve pain that was unbearable for the past 6 months or so... Fukin ruining everything in my life.. So its been relieving itself the past 2 weeks, so its back at em for me

Haven't heard muych about the sciatic nerve other than the pain it can cause.

As regards the weather I prefer it when its wet and cold!!!

The pain is absolutely unbearable, like someone has a dagger shoved in your right glute.. Thats the only way to describe... The pain management will literally suck the life out of you.. I was miserable with everybody and I couldnt help it

I see you guys were talking about Cotto vs Mayweather i think Mayweather wins UD by at least 2 rounds, Cotto is patience and i like the way he picks his shots and also uses his jab to close the distance between himself and his opponent, but i think he can be countered i think Quintana was countering him well until he got broke down, Cotto has looked beatable but he is such a hard man to beat because he is a very good all rounder. I think Cotto should focus to the body against Mayweather and also use his jab to close the distance, but i don't think Cotto will be able to cut off the ring effectively fighters like ODLH, Hatton, could not effectively cut off the ring and they are faster footwork wise than Cotto and i think that will be Cotto's big problem right there.

As for Williams yes he was somewhat overrated but big props for him coming back like that and getting himself right back at the top of the Welterweight rankings, i think Williams does do some things good like using his shoulders to good effect he does have good upper body movement, his work rate is unreal. But he doesn't fight tall and his defense is also leaky i still think he gives Mayweather trouble just based on the physical advantages Williams has, but after seeing how easily he was countered against Quintana he chances go down quite a bit since Mayweather is one of the best counter punchers of all time.
