What a fighter, thought he was gassed after the 3rd, he was blowing heavily but his fighting on the back foot and speedy combos were absolutely brilliant at times. Never seen him before but I'll look out for him from now on. Only shame is that he is 34 and coming to the end, not that it showed today.

Credit to Munroe though too, he showed he was a tough swine even though he was being outclassed. Those body shots looked painful as hell!!

He looked very classy, if Munroe was going to win he needed to rough him up, but he couldn't really get close because of Niknak's speed and when he did get in range he got peppered with some lethaly accurate body shots

Yeah them body shots looked dangerous. Nishioka looked to be headhunting a bit early on but when he realised everything early was hitting Munroes gloves he changed his plan and took it to the body and slowed Munroe whilst bringing his hands down too. Munroe needs credit for not taking a knee or going down at all!

Nishioka is class a level or 2 under Hosumi IMO...
Just needs a little more polishing but he's good.

Nishioka is a good fighter , a poor mans PACMAN is a good analogy,

That's stretching it a bit for a fighter that was knocked unconcious inside 8 minutes.

Even Nishioka's knockdown wasn't that bad. He was popped on his arse because he was caught square on

are you kidding, Gonzalez dropped him and stunned him a couple times afterwards, he got careless and then got stopped, was hurt more by whacking his head on the advertisement than the actual shot

I'm Jhonny's biggest fan boy here, he walked right into that straight left, no doubt his head bouncing off the ropes/ads/canvas didn't help, but fair is fair he got caught clean.

Gonzalez has never been behind on the scorecards in all the times he's been stopped.

He's good. But I think Munroe was a little guilty of not having a proper game plan.

In regards to Nishioka, I think that now he's 'out there' he'll get 'found out'... If you know what I mean?

Vazquez Jr vs Nishioka would be a hell of a fight, but i think Jr would win by TKO

munroe fought the wrong fight completely, he didnt even try and get close, he seemed happy to stay lonbg which is where nishioka is at his best
