Default The 12 second punchbag challenge

Just a bit of fun. You can hear Sam Hyde's punches from across the Gym (I notice this quite a lot ringside the sound of some boxers punches are massively different , you can hear when they plant their feet etc)

Old Gallagher was a bit handy, wasn't expecting that, no wonder he's a bit cocky.

Calzaghe would have owed that challenge.

I think I could do 60, will give it a go when I go to the gym.

I can easily this 60 punches in less than a minute. They may not be powerful but they all land.

Was it a rule that they had to throw a sequence of punches though? Seems there wouldnt be any reason to dig those hooks down low, but they all did. A lot of fighters do punch out drills which are basically just short 1-2s If @Gandalf were the punching bag I could only land one, but it would be in .12 and then theres no more target. His cat might be able to slip a couple depending how well trained he really had been.
