Default Holyfield vs Haye vs Usyk

Who wins in their primes at cruiserweight and why?

Haye should not be on there.

    Holyfield is number one.

Evander Holyfield as cruiserweight beat Dwight Muhammad Qawi who was a world champion in two weight classes, having held the WBC and Ring magazine light heavyweight titles and the WBA cruiserweight title. Qawi was a near great who beat Matthew Saad Muhammad who was WBC Light Heavyweight Champion of the World for two-and-a-half years. Holyfield beat Henry Tillman who had beaten Mike Tyson in the amateurs and forced him to turn professional after failing to get into the Olympic team. Ossie Ocasio who made three successful defences of his title and Carlos De Leon who become the first cruiserweight to win the world title twice.

Usyk’s opponents are still active and can still accomplish winning many titles and defences. Usyk has beaten Bellew who was champion when he beat Makabu. Makabu is now a WBC champion.

Usyk has beaten undefeated fighters in Murat Gassiev (who is the current WBO champion), Mairis Briedis (who has subsequently won WBO and IBF title), Michael Hunter, Krzysztof Glowacki (who lost to Okolie in a world title fight recently) which is very impressive.

I think Usyk beats Holyfields opponents and visa versa. If they fought one another then it would truly be a great contest. Evander would try and out box and out work Usyk but think he would get out boxed for the early part of the fight. I think Evander would be busy, active and throw to many combinations to overwhelm Usyk and win on points or late stoppage.

Holyfield all day and night. I mean come on man . Haye might as well stay on the bus just passing thru and save a few bucks. Mental make up, combination accuracy and a severely underrated repeat left hook beat both wide as it goes late.

Holyfield head, shoulders, waist and knees above everyone else.

The utter complete Cruiserweight. Destructive puncher, great technique, superb engine and we all know about his chin and heart.

Before he began to seriously take PEDs to get to heavyweight, one of the finest fighters to ever step into a ring.

Holyfield could put punches together with speed and power. Plus he had a great chin. Holyfield with a easy win against both.
