orthadox and southpaw mean?.

orthadox means you jab with your left hand

southpaw means you jab with your right hand

there is probally a bit more to it but that is basically it

Orthadox - Left Foot forward, this is for right handed fighters (generally) and is the most common stance
Southpaw - Opposite of Orthadox. Right foot forward, for left handed fighters (generally).
