I'm new here so bear with me.
I was just wondering what was the best way to condition your ribcage.
My friend jabbed me the other day (no gloves) and it stung like hell, I mean, maybe it was just a lucky shot :P but I don't want it happening in a proper fight.

This thread shouldn't be limited only to ribcage conditioning, please post hints about head, arms, legs etc. aswell.
