just wondering how much sparring on average do you all get at your gym? For me a typical sparring session is 4-5 rounds, and i may spar 2 times a week, so i get about 8-10 rnds of sparring/ week

About the same......4-6 rounds sparring either once or twice a week.

depends on a good week 13 15 rounds the most i have done in a row is about ten these werent hard spars though
