P.A.L gym

i am currently looking for a gym and i found the closest one to me that i think is one that might be good, it is a PAL gym police something something gym, does anyone go to one of these or know anything about these?

All I know is Andre Ward was if not still is fighting out of a PAL's Gym in Cali...

i ve been training at pal for 3 years stopped for a year and came back its as good as any other gym

nah its really everyone when it comes to boxing ... atleast in my gym

Good thing about P.A.L gyms are that they are credible...They are usually linked to the rest of the P.A.L circut whick is big in the Amatuer programs..And you would be suprised at how many world champions started out at the P.A.L gyms...I reccomend them to anyone....
