How about this theory: it was all set up.

Floyd needed 0 & money

Manny needed only money

They set it all up, this explains why

0. Manny agreed on 40-60 split, which was 40-20-40 split, where part of 20% is a "deposit" for Manny to loose
1. Manny did not throw 800+ punches , it was only 400+, almost no signature flurries
2. Secret injury cover up suddenly revealed to justify 1.
3. Weird Manny's behavior when Floyd was covered up, sloppy punches
4. Some fishiness in the overall look of the boxing, that was really something weird about it

Common guys, in SRR times and Ali (vs Liston) there were TONs of stuff like that.

Lets assume Manny got extra 20M , so he did not need to fight extra 3-5? times. What for?

All for the sake of the charity of course.

Fight was boring as fuck, Pac should've bullrushed and ate some punches to get in and land his. Instead he got lulled to sleep like the last 10 Floyd opponents. Pac let maidana put on a better show.
