    Default Lemieux v. N'Dam - who wins?

In what might be the best fight of the weekend, featuring two top ten middleweights, Lemieux, the puncher, N'Dam, the boxer, meet in Montreal for a tussle. As much as I like Lemieux, I think N'Dam keeps him honest at long range with his jab and lateral movement, and wins a decision.

N dam wins but gets robbed. Lemieux isnt anything special and with his tiny arms hes gonna find it hard to land on N Dam.

Lemieux is going to knock him the FUCK out and set up the big GGG fight.

Quillin isn't looking special either and he literally dropped N'Dam with every good punch he landed, I think Lemiuex might hit harder. If it goes 12 Lemiuex should have lost wide and the judges may not help him, but I could see him getting a stoppage. Good fight.

I like Lemiuex by stoppage. Think he's a P4P banger and at 26 has been improving. Never noticed he had short arms ()

On a side note - N'Dam initially turned down $300,000 for this fight so it went to purse bids. Golden Boy won it with the only bid $100,000, which is split evenly. No way they're fighting for $50,000 each.

If N'Dam can keep Lemieux on the end of his jab, Lemieux is in for problems all night. Lemieux has to knock him out or he will get outboxed. N'Dam looked really good against Stevens and he will be very prepared for this fight. I think he has a good chance as long as he doesnt get hurt. I dont think Lemieux has faced anybody as good as N'Dam.

Lemieux hits at least 5 times harder with both hands IMO

N'dam should win but I could definitely see lemieux knocking him out. That will keep the fight interesting

Agree with all of this. Keeping his distance is the key to wining this one for N'Dam. If Lemieux wins, I doubt Golden Boy rushes him into a GGG fight. Instead, they'll let him have a soft defense or two and then pursue it.

N'Dam will definitely get robbed if it goes to points. He turned down a 300k offer for this fight if I remember correctly and then some shady business with the purse bids left him fucked. I'm guessing Lemieux gets a proper purse along with home advantage, a Canadian ref and at least one Canadian judge.

I think Lemieux sparks him though. If Quillin can get through to N'Dam Lemieux can.

If Quillen's punches have that kind of effect on him, wait til he gets hit clean by Lemieux.

I think T-rex will jump all over him early and Ndam will not have the tools to keep him off and on the outside. I hope the ring isn't to big. He cant let Ndam get in a grove. David planks him.

I like N'dam over 12 and think it may turn into a bit of a beat up. Of the two he has made the improvements and has the far better game at range. No mystery that Quillin had N'Dam dropped but he stood up under Stevens who has similar short hook power to Lemieux and showed again he can make adjustments. Lemieux can bang and might come in +15-20 lbs but honestly his last few were tailor made, and in Guerreros case absolutely shot to bits. Good scrap.

Both mainly like to work with hooks... Lemieux has a more compact arsenal. It comes from all the work he did with Russ early in his career. Lemieux can also combo with his hooks. Just hope he shows up prepared mentally
