    Default Back boxing Training progress

    Age: 18
    Sex:Male
    Weight 64kg
    Aim: Super conditioned for the boxing and get to Super Featherweight Division.

    Many of you know i am back boxing from a long time out Im currently I Will try to keep a updated log on how my trainings going. What methods im using. Progression/hold backs. I am compleatley out of shape so first things first is Strengh Conditioning that i have been under going for 2 weeks now. I can honestly say my body is Broke! No pain No game lol. Sparring should be starting in a few weeks hopfully

    Training Fitness:
    Running 10miles Per week/ Cycle 10 Miles week (1,30 H of Squash every month)
    Also 11% Body fat I have for thoses who were asking

    Weight Loss isn’t going very well can shift the last 2kg to get to SFW So not looking good may have to stay at Lightweight .


    13th April:
    5M Skipping to warm up|3.5 Mile run 15.53M|20M Shadow boxing

    14th April:
    2hours training Bag work| Shadow boxing | Pad work|


    15th April:
    5M Skipping warm up| 3.5Mile Run 16.37M | Carb load| 5mile Hard Bike Ride|
