Default Boxing gyms in south london..how do you stay fit?

    Guys,

I live in se london (15mins from blackwall tunnel) I was wondering if anyone knows any boxing/thai boxing gyms that are worth joining.

i want to loose some weight, maintain it and stay that way as Im always going up and down between 16-14 stone.

I already have a gym/cabin in my garden but want to get toned etc and keep that way.

I dont mind paying for personal training etc I just want to change my life.

Anyone else live south of the border OR how do you keep yourself fit?

Use to play football indoor and outdoor until bad knees stopped me.

I cycle to the station everyday to get to work so legs are built.

Train 4/5 times per week cross trainer/bike.

Eat plenty of fruit (bananas and oranges) and drink water everyday.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Dunno 'bout any gym, try to get routine! but there's a few things you can do, grocery shopping, park your car far away from the store, so you get to walk over the parking lot, don't choose the nearest one. Eat healthy, keep a good distance from the donut section at the store. And when it comes to exercise i actually find boxing the best thing for losing weight, i got to many bags, so i don't get bored of doin the same things at the bag, Jump rope is amazing, well not compared to sex but that's more enjoyable! you can eat healthy but don't ever say no to a beer if your mates ask, don't be that guy! Feel free to correct my specific writing

The exercise is a normal lifestyle now after work 35 minute session, shower, eat and time with kids before bed.
