Who is the harder puncher between them?
I say Lemiuex is the harder puncher, but Golovkin is the better puncher. He's a better fighter overall.
Golovkin has more punches he can hurt you with, while Lemiuex mostly just has hooks.

lemiuex might have a harder hook youre right
thing is, everyone has a best punch don't they?
I went on a stag do in Benidorm and we had a punching comp on one of those punch ball machines, there's got to have been 30 people joining in, and on the night I proved to have the hardest punch in Spain
that was like an over hand right

Lemmy. We have to understand that while they fought each other and GGG ko'd Lemmy, GGG can take a punch really REALLY well.
GGG beats you up better and more systematically. GGG vs Brook shows you how consistent his combinations are and how he delivers power in both hands.
Bigger man George, bigger punch!

Well, I think that automatically qualifies you to enter tha WBC top ten, and probably makes you next in line for a shot at Deontay Wilder.
If not, you'll be a really dangerous comeback opponent for David Haye ..... because he will fight a real live contender to prove the Bellew loss was a fluke due to injury

For one shot power I think its Lemieux.
Lemiuex because he's a free swinger and not too concerned about the price he'll pay. He hits you harder, Golovkin hits you smarter and everywhere with sapping power.
It's hard to say. If you were to have them both wind up and hit a bag and measure PSI or whatever, maybe it is Lemiuex, and he basically fights as if he's doing that at times. For as much as people say GGG is hittable, and he is, he doesn't sell out for single shots. He doesn't sacrifice everything to land with power, so even as he's stalking guys and throwing bombs his feet are still on point and he sees things coming. Lemieux on the other hand aims to get close and put his whole body into his hooks, and he pays a big price for this against guys who can box. I'm not sure I've ever seen him hurt a guy or land anything big without doing so, in that sense GGG is much more "heavy handed", and he has a variety of punches that will hurt you even if he doesn't get everything on them. I think I only watched the fight between the two of them once or twice, but did Lemiuex ever even land anything? I know it wasn't the question but it gets at what I'm saying. I'm not interested in a rematch between them whatsoever, it's basically a mismatch as GGG is so much better.
Erics44 must be a real monstor for his weight

This is a pointless thread. Obviously the better boxer of the two hits harder because he has better technique. If you get in the ring and spar someone who's punches you can't see you will realize where "power" really comes from.
