Any action from one side is stabalised by the other balance.2 because of the position and leverage. 3 the position he is in, bad technique. 4 back isnt stable should be on the floor stop damaging the back.

He's stretching his psoas and hip adductor, if these are tighter than the muscles they mirror (such as the gluteus medialus) then the lower back and pelvis will be misaligned.

Muscles don't just move you, they hold you in place and must be balanced.

Think about a door, if the hinges are misaligned then it wilo creak and crack and eventually wear out. Slam the door and you'll do some damage!

Line the hinges up and it works properly.

That's how I would explain balance, stability and mobility in the body.

the hinges of my hips are aligned to A SYMMETRY where when I throw a punch the f&%^$ing torque/leverage I get on it would knock out a horse. I have heavy hands NOT BECAUSE OF MY MUSCLES in my upper body (which are quite good though) but because of the balance, stability and mobility in my body thanks to the psoas and adductors I have. If I spar with a guy 20 years younger than me he gets fucked up, he feels like he was "hit all over his body with a black jack" the next day. I fight off the back foot, when I land a punch it is like a hollow-point bullet---- it penetrates and then seems to expand into my opponents.

I can demonstrate this any time for anyone who wishes to observe this. The severity of the impact cannot be explained through sheer force alone (of which I have quite a lot). But it is my hips which like a hinge well-oiled help me to deliver the Killer Blows.
