Mueller/DOJ prosecutor Brandon Van Grack is withdrawing as counsel for the Govt in the General Flynn case as well as a host of others. As of October 2019 Van Grack is on record before the court saying: “The govt is not in possession of Brady evidence" & The govt has not "affirmatively suppressed evidence".

I think that the transcripts from Schiff's investigation are being released today as well.

It's looking like Obama was aware of the frame up.

A democratic attorney schools the great lawyer Obama on comments he said about Flynn’s dismal being unprecedented

Jonathan Turley tweeted: President Obama is being quoted on Flynn, saying “There is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free.” It is a curious statement. First and foremost, Flynn was not charged with perjury. Second, we now know Obama discussed charging Flynn under the Logan Act which has never been used successfully to convict anyone and is flagrantly unconstitutional. Third, this reaffirms reports that Obama was personally invested in this effort. Finally, there is precedent. There is a specific rule allowing for this motion under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a). There are specific Supreme Court cases like Rinaldi v. United States addressing the standard for such dismissals. The Justice Department has dismissed cases in the past including the Stevens case. That was requested by President Obama’s own Attorney General Eric Holder for the same reason: misconduct by prosecutors. It was done before the same judge, Judge Sullivan. How is that for precedent?

Granted the press and Dems will now be attacking trump on the wuhan virus so they don’t need to answer to the attempted take down and lies but as we begin to see how disgusting the press and Dems acted in this Russia set up when the knew it was bullshit trumps anger to the press and Dems makes even more sense. I think Nancy and Chuck must be very happy about wuhan as they have something else to investigate and can deflect on the Russia hoax.

Did anyone see the film clip edit from an interview Catherine Harris did with attorney general Barr on nbc? It just demonstrates the media’s willingness to manipulate information to make a negative impression. It’s not reporting, it’s a daft form of entertainment but it certainly does demonstrate the media bias

Biden claims he knew “nothing” about moves to investigate Gen. Flynn but then backtracks when Stephanopoulos reminds him he was at the Oval Office meeting about it.

The scandal free Obama administration right. Oh yeah. Well Obama always said he was going to have the most transparent administration in history. I think his promise may soon becoming true and we will find one of the most corrupt administrations in history. All Nixon wanted to do was tap one phone and look at some records. Obama threw the kitchen sink at his dirty tactics. Talking about thinking you were above the law. No wonder China got away with so much shit Obama was stuck in the Cold War days thinking Russia was the big bad enemy. What a yolk. All because Flynn dared to disagree with Obama
