    Default a help for beginners?

    hi.. im planning to enrol to a boxing club by next month.. cause im still having my exams right now... can anyone tell me advance/basic trainings that i can do in preparation for my enrolling in boxing?? tnx a lot!

    RUN! jump rope, push ups and sit ups. That will help to start to get you into condition for boxing.

    Mate, I don't know how fit you are but if you can jog for half an hour, do 4 sets of 20 tight crunches and 3 sets of twenty press-ups then you would have basic fitness and be able to enjoy your first few sessions without being too fwocked. Good luck.

    Swimming aswell good cardio running cycling skipping all very good for stamina.

    When you start training, just listen to all what ur trainer tells u cuz they know... if they didnt know they wont be training... Good Luck...

    ^ They don't have to know what they're doing before they tell you what to do. It's not being too critical to ask the right questions.

    There's lot's of good exercises, just stick to a plan without getting swamped. I'd go with what md said, just keep it fun and doable instead of a daily grind.
    If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
