    Default Running distance

Is there some kind of formula you know of or a site or link that tells you how many miles you are running by just telling how many minutes you ran for and it tell you how many miles it actually is. Thanks.

How many miles per hour do you run? how fatigued do you get after x amount of minutes and how hard is the route?...

I posted a little map thing in here some where that you just plot your route out on and it tells you hte amount of miles... I'll dig it up
