    Default pressups?

Any of you guys got a good program for increasing the volume of pressups that can be done without a rest?

Do them of your knees. Shoulders, hips knees in a straight line
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

if by pressups you mean push ups; please, do what i tell you because i can do about 160 straight.
once i worked my way up to doing about 40 on my own, i started doing them with a 25 pound plate on my back.
then i would do as many as i could take a break and repeat the process about 4 times.

Im not suggesting you start with 25lbs because i dont know if your strong enough but use a weight that fits you until you work your way up.

Get a Rubber stretch tube put it round your back and hold it in your hands with elbows bent thats your added resistance, start of knees when you can handle that easy, start doing full ones.Do that twice a week and build on it,do it of your knuckles,on a crash mat

I just keep on doing them, putting weight on your back helps also.
