Whats everyones favourite circiut exercise and why?
mine are burpees because you can feel them working the whole body and the lungs if they are done at the right intensity.

if you like self harming. I like Burpees, very good in a circuit. I take it by circuit exercises you mean calisthetics? Too many for me to pick. I love ab exercises... press ups, squats... everything
