    No idea, I don't think so. But you need to train for your style and your body, not de la hoyas

    i was just curious he didnt look that big just ripped like a mofo around his stomach,

    hey adam gb what you think of my diet u seem to know your stuff

    monday
    2 rounds of toast jam yogurt glass of water
    salmon sandwiches apple orange a litre of water
    banana mullerice yogurt litre of water
    steak pots carots grated cheese glass of squash

    my diet for the rest of the week is basicly the same as i work on a building site, the only meal that really changes is the last 1,

    then a protein shake at the end of everyday

    he's used them in the past, there was some article on the web someplace saying what he did, warm up on treadmill but followed by high weight low rep (6) moves. However I'm sure it's not the whole story and is likely to change as he's changed trainers and any alteration due to your what your opponent brings.

    Doesn't seem to bad, try getting more complex carbs though, potatoes, pasta, cereals etc.

    that seems like far from enough calories are you trying to lose weight im pretty sure your gona lose weight eating that if your burning calories boxing add alot of carbs ...
