    Vote Away because ive heard Creatine is good and i want to know about if it is good for boxing or what Please help me either vote or post

    From what i heard, Creatine once you stop taking it your body goes back to looking the way it did before you started taking it....

    the weight you put on is a good majority water due to what creatine monohydrate is essentially.
    The strength gains you make are retained after cycling off creatine as long as your diet is good.

    CEE is the way to go now, less bloat

    Drink a little protein shake after hard workouts but other than that just eat a good diet. Natural is the best way, stays with you longer.

    you can take supplements and be natural, the term 'natural' is coined when someone is not on steroids or pro-hormones.

    Gains no matter how they were achieved will stay with you as long as your diet is spot on
