    Default Running Hard.....Fatigues your body?

People say when you start out running hard and go all out that it does nothing but fatigue your body? I really just dont understand that, I just thought running was running ya know. Could someone please just go into depth a little bit more on that subject. Thanks.

Impact is the problem Gravity the cause, and our inabity to maintain good body preparation If you had a car you would maintain it. But are bodys the most important thing we own we dont.Like a car if you dont look after it it will let you down.Stretch and non impact work should be done, Pre impact work.If you are in your teens, its more imperative you do this as bones tendons joints have not developed properly, and most of the time thats when the problems start. Good body maintainance is the key
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....

listen to the scrap man, he knows his stuff. as a person who's had a seroius injury ( compartment syndrome ) and went under the knife i cant stress how importent it is to always prepare yourself and don't do to much to soon. if you could run 10 miles a year ago it doesn't mean you can now, even if you have the will power to do it, it doesn't mean your ankles, shines, knees, hips or back can. take it easy and progress slowly
