    anything high in protein... lean chicken, salmon, etc. There are also some great protein shakes out there you can buy in your local bargain store. Stir it up in milk... mmm, mmm!

    when you say 'good' protein shakes, do you mean good tasting or just good for you. Cause some of them are really great for you but dont taste very good.

    There is "Whey" protein shakes you can drink. Creatine builds muscle. Any type of meet,peanut butter,eggs,cheese,tuna fish. All that stuff has alot of protein which helps you muscle growth

    eating protein recovers damaged muscle tissue, basically it repairs it.
    I guess pushups and situps will only take you so far, but if you really want to build muscle....I suggest you weightlift.

    Hi first of all get your Carbs back.

    You need to fuel the muscle cells befre they can build a muscle back up.

    Try a protein carb mix drink, you can get them from health food shops. Or a banana and some basic

    whey protein powder. Get it in within 20mins of finishing.
