    I disagree.

Carl is talking the talk and walking the walk. 19 fights 15 KO's.

He fought a game Brian Magee who needed this win badly, a hard-working southpaw.

Froch broke his right thumb badly in the 1st round and still KO'd Magee with a chilling uppercut.

As far as i'm aware, he is the only person calling Calzaghe out on the planet...

..you can't knock his desire to face the best.

    Outcome aside.

    Agreed 100%...
Froch is 'Doing it" whether you like his attitude or not.
You can't knock what he's doing in the ring time after time.
I was ringside for the Magee fight and trust me....Froch can 'Have it'
Boxing badly needs personalities like the Eubanks of this world and im coming round to liking Froch's 'F*ck you' attitude and he excites me as a fighter and is a solid chinned banger.
Fully expect him to at least challenge for World honours within 2 years

People constantly critisize Froch's low hands defence...

..but everyone he has faced he has stopped near enough - and they all held their guard up.

I know a few guys whom have sparred with Froch and they all say its one thing watching him and pointing out faults, but to spar with him is a different kettle of fish.

He leads his opponents in, showing them plenty of target, then wallop- he gets you.

And with his power, it can mean trouble if he catches clean.

Yeh i didnt like his attitude but he's an unbeaten fighter so confidence is something he's bound to have. Like him or not he's probably our next big hope for a world title in the next 18 month or so.

No problem having low hands defence if you have the abilty to fight that style

But I would of thought getting hit a thousand times a fight by 40 year old part time Aussies and non punchers like Brian Magee suggests when in genuine world class you might be found wanting

Calzaghe doesn't rate froch, carl froch has called him out loads of times and calzaghe doesnt want to step down just to knock him out. Whereas Calzaghe Magee was scheduled to take place as calzaghe rated magee as a challenge.

I think "TheBlackSuperman" would be a big favourite and beat him convincingly. True.

Yeh, but magee outboxed him. This time a year ago magee was far more appealing for joe to fight than froch. Froch has come on well tho, gotta give him credit, he is just frustrating to watch and wanted to see Brian beat him so bad!
