    Default Losing Weight

alright, ive got a question about losing weight. Ive been boxing for about 8 months or so and i want to fight now, both of the boxing trainers say i'm ready but i need to get down to a fighting weight. Im 15 and weigh 70kg, i dont have very much fat on me but i used to do a lot of weight lifting. I want to lose this excess fat and drop to about 63. My friend told me about a supplement called 'Hot Rocks', apparantly they make you lose weight fast?? Do you have any suggestions on what to eat and what not to eat apart from the obvious such as cakes, sweets and sugary foods etc. I was thinking more of a strict diet for better results. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Stay well clear or weight loss suppliments, no good for conditioning How tell are you and do you know what you're body fat % is? theres no point starving yourself down to a weight if you have to maintain it all boxing season unless you have enough bad mass to loose.

I can see my abs quite well, not a complete six pack of visible completely, but you can see my abs, just not ripped.

Pit ,youre 15 5ft 8ins 70 kg,you should not go on diets. But you can eat sensable, make sure you have a good breakfast. Vary it, have 3 meals a day and cut out the shit. Dont eat after 7 pm at night your body dont need it your metobolism drops you will soon get use to it. Also drink 5 litres of water a day, always sipping it, Keeping Hydrated thats the secret to all this, so the body works better so you burn more calories, Remember water has no calories and out of a tap costs F A

Something I use when I am losing weight; but try drinking a pint of water before a meal, and if you fell hungry during the day. Often this will fill you up, or you will find that the 'hunger pangs' were dehydration. as scrap says drink loadsa water. But again don't kill yourself your only seventeen

    good luck!!
