Mine go throught the washing machine all the time (well, every few weeks), they shrink a little but they should be okay.

Yea, I would wash them at leat every two weeks and let them hang dry. The last thing you want is an infection which is really easy when a fungus is being pounded against your knuckles. I just recently read about a guy who died from a fungus contacted off his weight lifting belt and I regret having to say it but it turned his whole body into what looked like a skinned cow carcass.

Yeah washing em will do em fine.

I couldnt imagine not washing them for 2 years, after a month or two it got to the point where my hands would smell after wearing them.

Buy another pair so while one pair is being washed and drying you can use the "nicer pair", Its what i do anyway, my current pair i just scrunch up and put in my bag and they are done, and with my other pair as i only use them a couple of times every couple of months i fold em up and keep em nice.

Be sure to roll them up tight and Velcro before you put them in the wash. ( Like when they were new in the bag.) keeps them from getting all twisted up. then un wrap them and air dry.

yeah, so the soap can't get to the middle and they stay soaking wet.

I wash and dry mine... if they shrink so what....they're cheap.

For wrinkles, I iron them. Takes about 15 seconds.

Yeah you can do that too.. I never had a problem doing it my way tho you know what maybe a small mesh bag would be good to put them in, I can remeber just tossing those wraps in the wash and the came out twisted like straw, I don't like messing with all that.

what do you guys do with your wraps after you train? if i wrap them up, then the sweat never dries and its a pain. and if i don't, then they're wrinkled next time. of course its not big deal i just figured i'd see

What I do after a workout is un wrap my hand smooth out the wrap as flat as I can and fold them several times to take the length up a little then hang them from the bag to dry..

Most of the times I use the Everlast Gel wraps for easy on and off , Seems like some here don’t like those, but I love them .

This thread had me rolling about,It reminds me of my lot. The times Ive rolled boxers wraps up, you do them scrap left mine at home, some cunts nicked em, you got a spare pair, me mothers washed them, I dont know where she hid them, me little brothers been swinging on em and tore the velcro off, Ill kill the little b when I get him, Its endless. You cant box with bad hands so protect what protects your hands it dont take to much time.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
