Looking for a boxing club in Glasgow

As near as possible to the city centre. Preferably one that welcomes folk new to the art. Any ideas?

Yeah, I found out about the Dennistoun club tonight! Where`s Kirkintilloch? I`m quite new to Glasgow and don`t really know the geography. If you give me the address I`ll look it up on streetmap. Cheers.

its just next to bishopbriggs not sure the address its just in the town hall in kirkintilloch

hey mate, welcome to the site . Denniston club used to be at the Whitevale Sports Centre (think that was the name) I was at the club back in the black and white days.They were formally at Tobago Street police station if you can believe that !!

Another good club to try is the one at the Palace of Arts , Bellahouston.
