    Default Managing Work And Boxing

Right well for the past week n a bit i been getting up at 4.30 to go to work in a warehouse till 2 PM and im usually so tired n my legs hurt so much i dont have the energy to do my exercises, or atleast do them to the best of my ability.

Like before i would run 8 KM (4.9 reoccuring Miles) every day, now i find myself struggling to run 5 KM ect ect.

Anyone got any tips on how to manage both?

(PS anyone heard of Tiger Balm? The guys at work say its the shit, wanna know if anyones ever used it )

hey boss, I know how you feel. I'm struggling with working graveyard and training. the best thing I can tell you is to nap for 2 hours after work, train in boxing, then go running. Sounds like a lot but folks like us don't have much of a choice. tiger balm, icy hot, and linaments are all the s***! they are great for my constantly sore hip and shin splints.
