urrrmm im not sure to be quite honest, not that i ever seen a gal workin in a boxin gym but i guess the best way to break into it is if your a member of a gym and they need a hamd someday offer to take the money and sign people in and what have yer... then maybe you'll get asked to help out here n there n go from there.... i really cant think about anythin else...
i mean how do you become a cutman or other such training duties? let alone become qualified to do these jobs...
    lol

In the world famous Catskill Gym where Cus trained and groomed Tyson A lady named Nadia does most of the day to day things....She trains young fighters to get ready for the next level...She is pretty knowledgeable and can get the job done..I know of a few more ladies who work with fighters. Truth is Being a trainer and such is something you have to pick up on your own...Learn your lessons well and remember how they were taught to you...Try to make sure to weed out good VS bad...take a little from every trainer and master them yourself then you can try to become a teacher...It's hard to get old timers to teach young guys the ropes let alone women ( Not trying to be offensive towards women) unless they are teaching them to fight......

A cutman is another thing all together....it is a lost art that few are really good at let alone master.....I have been lucky enough to know the legendary Matt Baranski....Who has taught me a few things that you can not learn in books but by experience only....Anyone can be a cut man even a decent one but few can master it like the old timers...

You don't really look for it like a proffesion, unless you want to be a conditioning coach or something... cutman etc its basically just down to being part of that circle... get in teh gym and be active
