Default Does warren care more about his pocket than his fighters ???

right im not a hater but jc's fight with bika raises some eyebrows

it can be argued that after kt, hatton would of gone on to fight bigger fights than he is fighting now but we will never no, but in calzaghes 8 odd years of being champ why has he only just fought another champ and taken on most probably a record list of mandatory challengers going

when will khan fight someone that will hit back

does warren want to keep his belt holders champs for as long as possible as more shows = more money in his bank or is he genuinly got his fighters interests at heart

    any comments

To be fair, JC has also pulled out of quite a few fights with injury then Hatton went with Hobson and the court case was threatened which may have frightened off a few match-makers. Warren is a businessman first and a boxing fan second imo.

personally i think that warren has a thing about protecting unbeaten fighters.
and im not impressed with jc fighting bika... or the talk or a megafight with clinton tough a great fight its is not a superfight!!
and i believe he is bieng smart and sly with khan he wont get any great fights yet i beieve... i have a feeling hes just liining up the bums becuase as you may have noticed aall the 'casual' boxing fans are starting to take notice and its good for the sport in a way.. i mean they dont know these kids are bums the casual fans are jus getting on the khan bandwagon and when it comes to khan stepping up warren will pick his title fights very well and there will be no chance of him loosing i feel that warren will pick the big fights that favour khans style so that he will win, though i hope im wrong

Would anyone in his position honestly do anything differently?? Sure it pisses hardcore fans off but we aren't exaclty a majority and obviously Warren can just keep milking his fighters for all their worth, bit by bit... IMO, the fighters are just as much to blame, it's not as if Calzaghe is just doing whatever Warren thinks makes sense because he has to... JOe could easily say no, this Bika guy sucks, he's a nobody, and Im not fighting him... I actually gave Hatton a ton of props for leaving Warren and coming to the US, but now it seems he realizes it was easier the other way... protecting that 0 at all costs.

Warren just cushions all his fighters, its enough for him, his stable keeps winning, and he rakes in money as do his fighters.

They dont get major money, but if they lose they know the money dries up. So they fight for good amounts, not great but its always there.

Poeple are getting tired though, as they see through it, especially in todays day and age.
